• The duration of the free check-up is only 14 days.
• Laser clients pay the check-up fee at the doctor’s office every 6 months.
• Laser does not include the doctor’s check-up fee and must be paid upon arrival unless the phrase (including check-up fee) is mentioned in the offers.
• Offer prices do not include the value of the value-added tax for non-Saudis.
• Referral by doctors is free, but if the patient wishes to change the doctor, he must pay the other doctor’s check-up fee.
• Laser appointments are not booked and confirmed except after advance payment and examination by the doctor.
• The validity of invoices for individual services is 60 days from the date of purchase and for laser packages is 6 months for the full package.
• After purchasing the service, the client must contact customer service within 48 hours to determine and coordinate the service appointment. It is the client’s responsibility if he takes the laser sessions package to book the sessions in sequence.
• The patient must commit and attend 10 minutes before the appointment. If he wishes to postpone or cancel the appointment, the notification must be made 48 hours before the appointment time. If he is late for the appointment for more than 10 minutes, the appointment will be held according to availability.
• The patient has the right to know (the treating physician, the type of procedure used, the name of the material used and its value) before starting the therapeutic or cosmetic procedure.
• Adhere to all laser instructions (hair removal with a razor 12 hours before the appointment) according to the instructions.
• In the event that the hair is not removed before the main session (an additional fee of 150 riyals is added) for hair removal.
• The treating physician determines the appropriate type of device and the patient does not have the right to choose unless there are previous packages in the same complex.
• The specialist physician has the right not to perform the service if he sees that it is not suitable for the patient or may result in complications.
• The patient must inform the doctor if there is a specific medical history or allergy before starting the procedure.

• Touch-up session: Only the hair that was not removed in the session is removed, not the entire body. When the patient insists on a touch-up session and the areas are completely restored, the patient bears any side effects that occur after the touch-up session.
• In a full-body session or more than one area, the service is in one session and one device and is not divided into two appointments or an area is excluded and postponed to a separate session.
• It is not possible to request a change of nurse or replace him with another nurse during the session.
• When purchasing a package and pregnancy occurs during laser sessions, the laser work is stopped and attendance is provided with the pregnancy report to postpone the appointments on specific days and schedule them without change or modification in the future.
• Laser sessions for the entire body or any area do not include bleaching devices and are considered independent.
• Facial bleaching session does not include eyebrows. Each service has a separate invoice.
• Discounts, agreements, cash vouchers, etc. cannot be used with offers.
• Gift cards: Clinic policy applies, no refund or exchange, and cards are valid and do not include the cost of the examination.
• The customer is not entitled to claim services for expired invoice validity.
• Some offers are valid for specific days (one day – two days – a week …) and are mentioned in the offer announcement or in the terms and conditions. The duration of the offer and the period of benefit must be verified by customer service.
• In the event of the absence of the treating health practitioner or leaving work for any reason, the center has the right to transfer the patient to another health practitioner of the same specialty in the same branch or to an entity that provides the same service.
• The patient bears all responsibilities, complications, and damages to his medical condition for not adhering to appointments during the treatment period and not following the treatment plan and visiting the doctor and appointments.
• The patient is fully responsible for his personal belongings within the complex without any responsibility for the complex.
• When returning a display invoice, 20% of the total invoice will be deducted.
