  • Receive structured or unstructured referrals to different levels of treatment as needed based on your condition.

  • Provide prior written consent (or your relatives can do so based on knowledge) before undergoing any surgical or interventional procedure — except in emergency cases requiring immediate medical intervention in line with applicable regulations.

  • Ensure complete confidentiality of your medical information, and no disclosure should occur without your consent, unless required by judicial authorities.

  • Submit complaints, either written or verbal, without facing penalties or compromise, while adhering to health facility regulations.

  • Allow relatives or close persons to be present for providing health care and psychological support.

  • Protect your health information and medical records.

  • Access and read your documents, with no permission to remove, add, or delete — the facility is obligated to preserve all records.

  • Refuse to be part of any clinical studies or trials conducted on humans during your clinic visit.

  • Preserve the privacy of your body, especially private parts, except where treatment requires exposure.

You have to abide by the rules of the complex for your care and services as follows:

  • Do not smoke inside the health complex, as it is strictly prohibited.

  • Do not bring food to the health care team within the complex.

  • Do not bring electrical tools or devices into the complex.

  • Do not sign any consent forms or documents under unclear conditions (such as poor lighting), to protect your and the patient’s best interests.

  • Avoid conflicts with the support or medical staff.

  • Do not defame or speak badly about any person or member of the health care team.

  • Respect patient turn order, keeping in mind that some patients may receive priority due to medical urgency.

  • Follow all instructions from the attending physician and the health care team.

  • Understand that any errors resulting from your own actions, even if involving staff, fall outside the facility’s responsibility and are for your own safety.
